I had so much fun with Ariane and her family a couple of weeks ago! I really LOVE working with seniors its such a special time in their lives and man I wish I had gotten the opportunity to do something like this for myself when I was her age! We went to Baird Lake first which was near and dear to Ariane’s experiences growing up. She attending the day care on the UB campus as her mother finished up here Masters degree. She spoke about how she used to play on the big huge stepping blocks and around the columns near the lake. We made jokes about how dangerous it was and laughed! Ariane is such a free spirit and it truly shines through her photos! After we were done at UB I took them to Amherst State Park my favorite hidden gem in the middle of Williamsville, NY. We walked and talked laughing and having a blast the whole way. We counted at least 20 deer feeding on the grounds as we chatted and even saw a big stag! Thanks so much for coming out friends!
