Last but not least, finally getting around to posting the photos we had taken by our very close friend and photographer Mark Miller, edited by yours truly.
All I have to say is WOW! It's super cool to be on the other side of the camera from time to time, and I feel it's really important as well to document these moments. It's been over a year since we have had professional photos taken of our family and I am so happy to have new updated ones to hang on my walls!
Family is extremely important to me, and documenting these times are also very important. Whether you plan for it at a certain milestone or it's a special date or event, it is just cool to go out and enjoy the experience that comes with location photography. There are no walls and no boundaries, and for my active 6 year old son that's exactly what we needed. Just enough balance between "hey, can you come sit down with mama", to "look mom I fell in the mud" ahhh.
A million thanks to my friend Mark for helping to capture these special moments and actually allowing me to be in a photograph WITH my family!
