Over the last 8 years of being in business one thing I run across as a photographer occassionally is, you’re too expensive, or I’ll have to check with my husband and call you back. It’s those dreaded words that you hear that signal - “ I don’t see the value in what you’re offering to me”.

This is something I totally understand as a Mom, wife and mother! The crazy thing is though, you don’t have to save money to create memories! We live in the age of technology, heck even my kid can work every single device in the house as well as shoot in manual mode on his camera. There really are no excuses as to why you couldn’t learn a thing or two about creating your own family memories with the tools you have, i.e. your phone, or ipad!

But after learning those skills and using them on a daily basis I still say you should TREAT yourself to a professional session once every year or every two years. Why you ask? Because having a professional take you around, spend time with you and your family, getting those laughs and smiles and making what could be a stressful situation fun is worth EVERY single penny.
