Kayla & Steve + 2 at Knox Farms Estate in East Aurora, NY.
Recently I was able to spend a wonderful morning with Kayla, Steve and their two adorable little ladies for updated family portraits and a 1 year old cake smash at Knox Farms.
We met early in the morning on Saturday. It had just rained the night previous but we had clear skies for our session. The idea behind this session was really all about the children and letting them be able to make some decisions on what THEY would like to do. When you give children the permission to do things they want to do a family session is a breeze!
These two little ladies, happy and content, were more than willing to pose for a few family portraits as well as a bunch of candids too. We played, ran around, picked apples, smashed cakes discovered secret doors and so much more! We were even able to, with the help of my assistant, grab some shots of Mom and Dad together! And oh boy was that awesome!!
Family photography is such a joy for me. I really love being able to meet new people and share in the love that is their family. We all had such a great time and I can't express in words how much creating memories for families means to me! Thanks Kayla and Steve for the wonderful experience!
I loved working with Ariel! Leading up to our session she always kept in contact with me and offered any help that I needed. We had a little problem the day of our original photo shoot but she was so understanding and worked with me to reschedule. The day of our session, I was a little nervous because having small children they often have plans of their own. She was so patient and my girls just took to her. She was not pushy and offered suggestions but let the girls do what they wanted and took amazing photos in the process. The photos of my girls are so beautiful and everyone I share them with agrees! I recommend her to everyone. Her work speaks for itself! Thanks Ariel! ~Kayla
Ariel did such a fantastic job with our family photos! She was so personable and extremely patient with our two young ones. The pictures came out amazing! I recommend her to anyone. ~Steve
